The world’s best chefs to gather in Milan

From the 4th to the 6th of March 2017 the MICO Milan Convention Centre hosts the 13th edition of “Identità Golose” the International Chef Congress.

The program includes several events dedicated to the Italian cooking tradition.

On Saturday the 4th cheese and gelato will be the main topics discussed in the meeting rooms of the convention centre and in the afternoon a special appointment with champagne connoisseurs to learn how to match the right food with this signature french drink.

Sunday the 5th the main session will take the audience to discover how the most famous chefs take inspiration from their culture and travels across the world. Among the speakers of this session there are: Enrico Crippa, Massimiliano e Raffaele Alajmo, Paul Pairet, Umberto Bombana, Heinz Beck, Riccardo Camanini, Christian Puglisi and Jonathan Tam.

The main peculiarities of the seaside and mountain food traditions will be among the topics discusse on Monday the 6th. The day ends with a focus on the most known Italian food:  pizza.

Among the chefs who are part of the Identità Golose event there are: Ferran Adrià, the father of the molecular gastronomy; Carlo Cracco, chef and TV personality ( he is a judge on the Italian edition of Masterchef) who is about to open a new restaurant in Milan’s galleria and Kei Kobayashi known as the Picasso of cooking.

Since cooking is not just about food, during the Identità Golose event there will also be The Wine Hunter 2017. An event within the event dedicated to the most prestigious wines. More than 250 wines and 80 viticulturist will be attending the show.

The Identità Golose is widening its perspective and hosts annual events in other parts of the world: London, New York, Chicago and Cortina so wherever you are in the world don’t miss the chance to enjoy this mouth-watering experience!
