On the 1st of July 2020 the UNWTO secretary general Zurab Pololikashvili will visit Italy. A very meaningful choice by the international organization for two reason. One, Italy is probably the country that has suffered the most during (and after) the pandemic. But most importantly the UN is highlighting once again the relevant role played by Italy in the tourism industry.
