Bryan Adams is back in Milan
Bryan Adams, the Canadian singer and songwriter is back in Milan after more than four years of absence. He is going to take the stage Saturday the 11th of November at the Mediolanum Forum, the main concert arena of Milan.
His last performance in the city of Milan was back in 2013 and this time Bryan Adams is in Milan to promote his last album, which was actually released in 2015.
Get Up Collection is the title of the tour which is named after his last collection of songs Get Up! that was released back in 2015. Along with the tracks included in this album, Bryan Adams will be performing the songs of his “greatest hits” Ultimate.
A tribute to a fourty years long career . From 1977 when If Wishes were horses (Bryan Adams first album) was released with the band Sweeney Todd to the original soundtrack of the movie Robin Hood – The Prince of Thieves that gave him international recognition. The song “(Everything I do) I do it for you” topped the international music charts for weeks and in 1992 earned him an Academy Award nomination for best original song (He lost to The Beauty and the Beast from the Disney animated movie of the same title) and let him win a Grammy Award and a MTV Movie Award.
Throughout his career Bryan Adams has frequently worked with international music stars like Tina Turner, Celine Dion and Ronan Keating.
The Canadian singer is also a prolific and talented photographer. His works have been included in magazines like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair and Zoo Magazine, the publication he co-founded. Among the celebrities immortalised by Bryan Adams there are international models like Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell and public personalities like Hillary Clinton and the Queen Elisabeth the II.
The concert will take place at the Mediolanum Forum in Assago at 9.00 PM.
