Remember to bring on board your own headphones. They are probably going to give you the airlines’ one but after two or three hours it starts hurting your ears. In order to avoid any bothers make sure to bring on board a comfortable set of headphones.
A pair of extra socks
Whenever on board a long-haul flight the first thing you need to do is to take your shoes off. It helps the flow of blood. For this reason it is vital to have a pair of extra socks. It could get cold in the cabin and you can wear them when taking a walk along the aisle.
You never know who is going to sit right next to you. It could be the winner of the snoring contest. So make sure to bring on board a pair of ear plugs. If you want to take a nap it is vital not to hear anything ( or anyone…).

We all know that airline’s food is kind of disgusting, especially if you are travelling in economy class. If you do not like those trays full of what seems to be food, make sure to have a couple of your favorite snacks with you. Ten hours without eating could be a problem!
The most of the airlines feature a wide range of inflight entertainment opportunities: movies, TV shows, music and games. Flying in economy class on a long-haul flight is actually more pleasant than it used to be just a few years ago. Nonetheless having a book , your favorite one, might be a good idea. Just fall into your chair and read. It might induce sleep…
